I hate to sound cliche'd but you need to read between the lines when someone posts like that... a few tips-
1. the url is insandpictures.com
2. "... ROFL...." is just dripping with suspicion- why is he hesitant to type ROFL? Why no smilies?
3. "..."'s after each phrase... you just don't type like that after laughing, unless you are like meh
4. Over the picture it said insane picture... not funny or humor or anything
5. It looks like the same kitchen area from the other one like it that came out a while ago... you can find it on Ebaums.

Maybe you didn't look long enough irondog? it times out after a while and changes, although i don't think it was very funny or particually scarey, unless you are a small child about to go to sleep, in which case everything can be a little hair-raising.
