Here's a theory...

You are at a BBQ. The BBQ is throwing off a lot of heat. Someone is passing by carrying a bottle of alcohol. The heat of the BBQ burns his hand causing him to drop the bottle which them smashes showering you in burning hot fire which then causes you to die as you're exactly 64 years, 2 months and 10 days old and can't move outta the way as quick as you once could have.
