Posting pictures

I've tried pocting pictures here and at speeds, neither work.... I posted some a few days ago and it worked fine. Could something be wrong with my pc?

My guess its the image format. I might be a jpeg, but something is tweaked about it.

OR, you have something set with your cookies and somehow your being logged out whenever you try to upload.

Need more details for me to be of more help though.
