stupid flash question

mmmkay, I have flash 5, and I modified an avatar, but the only problem is in the program when I try to export it it will save the white trim around it and increase the file size dramatically. So how do I crop the white trim out and have it the same for all the frames?

gee... I ask a lot of technical questions...

If I had Flash here at work I could help you better. But there is an option if I remember correctly that says something about MOVIE size I think it was. Its up in the top row of categories. Like the 2nd or 3rd in from the left. I remember where it is visually but I don't remember any of the words or names. But its been awhile since I've played with flash, yet I'm pretty sure its something about MOVIE size.

Thank you morty. I will forgive you for trying to take away my virtual well title as long as you don't try to take it again. But that did work... now I just have to figure out how to add my own couple frames... which it won't let me edit the inside of any frames (even that I create)... I'll figure it out eventually, but this is good for now

ok... new question... if you notice in my new avatar, in all but one frame-set there is a white outline on the bottom and right sides. It won't let me edit the inside of the pic to fill that in, so.... you wouldn't happen to have any ideas on how to do that would you?

Ya, use something other than Flash. Flash is a bitch to use for a simple Gif. I'll edit your image for ya.

thats not all I wanted to do... but what could I use, since paintbrush will only let me do one frame?

I use Paint Shop Pro which also comes with Animation Shop Pro. Nice and simple shit. Nothing complicated.

Look at your avatar. I changed it to the one I just edited. See any issues with it?

I was going to fill it in black so it blended more, but I can do that later... now my next venture is adding a custom frame to the end without it fucking up the rest of it... I dunt like making flash
