With that attitude she is never going to get house trained, You have alot of good advice here. My sister went through the same thing with some rotties she was raising and until she stopped calling them names and yelling at them they kept up pooping and peeing all over her living room.
Think of it as your child, praise and reward good behaviour and make sure the outside is available when it is needed.

I was joking with my post on here. Max is right. My Dog behaves because she knows she will get a pet and a scratch and probably part of my dinner if she behaves. A pet isn't a toy. It is a fourlegged, hairy kid. I've had my kid for 15 years now. And she is usually a good dog.
