Weigh-in Jan. 20th
I lost 2.6 pounds this week.
Not bad. I stuck to the points plan this week and drank a ton of water. We also got a Wii, and for those of you who don't have one, they do give you a work-out, ecspecially the boxing! I played the boxing for about an hour on Saturday and my ass still hurts from all the ducking and weaving! It's a fun way to get a work-out in.
