My monday weigh-in Jan 14th

I lost 1 pound this week. I think it's a solid loss, unfortunately for me my wigh-ins are at 6:00 pm which means all the food and drink I take in throughout the day can drastically affect my results. However I was extremely good yesterday!

Yaya babysteps !!! and that is an odd time for a weigh in I thought they were done at bedtime or when you first wake ???

They have an early morning weigh-in but I'd have to drag 6 kids with me, and there is no flaming way in hell that's gonna happen! Plus my weight watcher lady doesn't do that one and I really like her, she's very motivational.

At walmart, you can get a home scale for like - $10. You are probably paying more than that in gas to go wherever you are going to get weighed.
