Okay, I know you said you can't do a lotto due to federal laws and whatnot, but what if instead of putting money into a pot to split with MTW and the winner, with a dollar donation or whatever money you decide is right, you get a raffle ticket for a chance to win merchandise? That way, the money is a charitable donation, and it's not a whole lot at one time, and you still get something fun for it? You can do a raffle once a month or every two weeks, that way there is plenty of time for everyone to purchase their ticket. Just a thought.

How about this, everyone can send in something wild or crazy, then have a draw, the winner gets to pick whether or not they will pay shipping for the prize. if they pay, the pile of crazy stuff gets sent to them. If they don't pay the pot of crazy items gets bigger, then another draw....
