I'm just not sure how he fell out. Must of been the door bounced off the kid on the bike more than he expected or something. Or maybe he wasn't using the door to hit the kid, he was leaning out the door and like tried to slap the back of his head or something not realising the snag affect that would occur when his hand made contact with the bike kid.
