Alright everyone, if you look up towards the top left, you'll notice there is a "Who's Online" and it should list YOUR name if you are logged in and everyone else on the site at the moment.

But wait, it gets better!

Click the NAME and it will take you to their profile page.

Click the BUBBLE next to their name and it opens a Private Message window TO THAT PERSON. So you can easily invite them to Chat if you'd like.
