No worries about the image content. Just no kiddy porn.

But as far as the IMG button, NO, its not a browsing UPLOAD feature. You click the IMG button, then you paste the URL to an image located somewhere on the internet, whether it be here on MTW in a member's image storage or some other website. Then you press the IMG button again.
