    In regards to getting assrag off the site, isn't there a way to prevent a user from a particular IP address from signing on, registering etc...

    There are some countries where the person's IP changes everytime they sign on. Short of banning the area that a person lives, it's almost not worth it.
    You put the "cute" back in persecution.
