Thread: Back at it again

Thumbs down Back at it again

Well, its been a crazy year for me. Can't believe its been a year. I suck at this weight loss stuff.

BUT!!! I'm trying it again. For real this time. I need to get more pants for work soon because the ones I have are getting a bit worn and I don't want to buy this size. Want to buy the size I'm suppose to be.

So as of last night, I'm 198 lbs.

I have decided to quit drinking soda 100%. And once my ankle feels better, I plan to get on the treadmill we have in our garage. Hopefully in the next week or so. Twisted it walking the dogs a week ago, pretty bad too.

What I need to do is sort out how to get my monitor and a wireless keyboard and mouse going on the treadmill and then I'll have no problem using that thing on a daily basis. Cuz I'm a nerd like that!

So, 198 lbs and I my goal for right now is 185 lbs. Its only 10 lbs, and I should lose more, but for now, its 185.

No soda, just water and juice. And we are making a point to make dinners at home and control the quantity of food we eat, so we'll see. Wife is trying to lose weight too. Since the wedding, she's enjoyed eating again. Bit too much. Think she's going to try and drop about 30 lbs I believe.

I gotta stick to it this time.

Juice has just as much sugar as soda.

Try cutting out sugar. I lost like 30 pounds when I did that.

So maybe you better get a calculator out and re-do your math

198 - 185 = 13lbs by my limited math skills from a small town in Montana that taught me how to add and subtract

I know it was 13, was doing a rounding thing.

But hey, I'm such a nerd, I'm on my treadmill right now typing this. I made a little stand for the laptop so I can do MTW while I work out. NerdMill!!
