Seriously, how does it matter who participates as long as someone does. You never know what will make someone stop and say hey I wanna be a part of that!

Oh..I know, and I get that.

It just gets a bit disheartening when you try to come up with a good idea, and people say they'll participate or whatever...and then don't..kinda makes you wonder..."why bother?"

Fortunately, lack of participation never seems to actually stop us on MTW and we blunder forward into the next great idea all shiny eyed, bushy tailed and hopeful of a big participation.

I think this is a cool idea, and would obviously be better if we got a decent number of people to take part is all......I just know we'll get the usual..."Hey, yeah! I'll do it!", and then they drop out....as successful as the models was last year we still had more people agree to do it than actually did it.
