Just to let everyone know that when this does go ahead it will be recorded and posted on the site so those that aren't here to watch it live can still view it after the fact and see what they missed.

As Will just said, all episodes are planned to be recorded to be viewed at a later time and for MTW record purposes too.

And my Cable internet gets hooked up this Sunday! So we might actually be able to try this show again this coming Thursday. Woo Hoo!

Cable High-Speed Internet was installed yesterday. Woo Hoo!

I teach tonight, but Tuesday afternoon I should be able to double check all the cam tests and connections via the web and most likely announce the show for this coming Thursday.

So the guy connected all the cables and was curious about how I had my own linksys cable modem and asked me why I didn't use their modem that comes with the service. Asking me this question at the same time that he's doing a speed test and it was downloading OVER 10meg per second and about 30kbytes shy of uploading 1 meg per second.

He saw the results of the speed test and said he's never seen their service actually download more than 10 meg per second. Its always shy and was also impressed with the upload.

And I smiled and said "That's exactly why I don't use YOUR modem." he laughed and said he's going to go buy himself one and replace the one he's got at home.
