2 small boneless skinlessbreast

2 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 can (284 mL) mandarin orange segments, drained (or to your preference!)
1/2 cup diagonally cut snow peas
1 Tbsp. of almonds, toasted
1 small carrot, cut into match-like sticks
2 Tbsp. KRAFT SIGNATURE Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing or Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing
EXTRAS: Use the drained juice from oranges, add a pinch of flour or corn starch, roughly 2 Tbsp. of sugar or till sweetened to your preference! Add a pinch of parsley & a pinch of chili flakes to this mixture
HEAT Orange mixture in sm. pot on medium heat until a nice glaze! Pour into
nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, seasonwith salt. Add

ARRANGE greens on two serving plates; top with, oranges, snow peas, almonds and carrots.
