My guess would be that someone else who had that picture originally must have scanned it...and then uploaded it and maybe posted in some website somewhere.
My guess would be that the clue to which website it was uploaded to is shown below...
...then maybe Morty just snagged the picture from the gallery of that fine website and posted it in this here very thread.
That would be my guess.
