Yes there bloody is.

Load the game up and watch the screen where it says play and has a big arrow...it looks like this...



There's your instructions.

Now if you watch the little demonstration on the fat guy when you first load it up it shows you that you grab his tits and twist them...you twist onc clock wise (CW) and the other counter clock wise (CCW).

You grab his tits by having the cursor (hand) over his tit and clicking and holding down the left button as you twist either CW or CCW depending on which tit you grabbed.

No instructions indeed.....

I swear I'm banning my whole fucking family from this site.....

I'm gonna assume as it's gay that Irondog will want in on this then so if I include him, Danimal & mommy and throw Kelly in the mix there's 4 to set up a second round to meet the wiiner of the 1st head to head....I'll get that set up later.
