M'kay...my GP keeps telling me I need to lose some weight, but I gotta be honest, I spent 10 years being told I was too thin, too thin and too thin as weighed just over 10.5 stone (147 lbs), so when I broke my pelvis and was laid up for a few months in bed I gained about 60-70 lbs...which was a little more than they wanted.
I then continued to eat too much and do too little and at one point clocked in at around 16 stone 10 lbs (234 lbs)
So as of today I'm.......
- Male
- 5'-11"
- 36 years old (in April)
- 15 stone 2 lbs (212 lbs) as of 14-01-08
So I guess as the doctor kept telling me that I should be around 13.5 stone (189 lbs) for my height and build that means I could do with losing around 23 lbs...but I gotta be honest I'm not incredibly motivated to do it as, like I said, I spent so damn long being told I was skinny.
Also, just weighing myself now I worked out that over the last 2 years through just eating less and not really doing too much more I've lost around 2 stone (22 lbs), so I'll take part and get weighed as I tend to join in most things on MTW...just don't expect me to be quite as motivated as the rest.
And that said...I'm off for a beer now...![]()
