I think it was suicide as her life has been hell lately !!!!

Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Florida hospital, a law enforcement source told CNN.

Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel, according to news reports.

\"I can confirm that she is deceased. It's as shocking to me as to you guys,\" Smith's attorney, Ronald Rale, told Reuters. \"I don't know anything further. [Her lawyer and husband] Howard [K. Stern], obviously, is speechless and grieving.\"

Smith's nurse called Seminole Hard Rock Hotel workers at 1:38 p.m. and security went to the room, hotel officials said. Fire rescue workers from both the Seminole Indian tribe and from Hollywood Fire-Rescue arrived minutes later and Smith was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood at 2:10 p.m.

Smith was involved in a paternity suit regarding the parentage of her daughter, Danielynn, as well as other disputes, including some regarding a house she stayed at in the Bahamas around the time she gave birth.

Earlier this week, Smith was included in a class-action lawsuit against a company, TrimSpa, for which she had worked as a spokesperson. TrimSpa makes a product it claims leads to substantial weight loss. The lawsuit alleges the marketing of the product, TrimSpa X32, was false or misleading.

Smith's son, Daniel Wayne Smith, died at age 20 just days after the birth of Smith's daughter. Pathologist Cyril Wecht said a lethal dose of methadone and antidepressants caused cardiac dysrhythmia, leading to his death.

I think with all the crap she's had thrown at her, that suicide probably by overdose would be most likely.

I'm not sure what to think either but being a mom myself what about that poor baby she had now it has no parent until paternity is established

The baby will be okay I'm sure enough people love her...I say methadone just like her son. Since it had just been proven that it was her methadone that her son od'ed on ...I agree that woman has been through hell this last 6 months wich should be a happy time for a new mother !!

It was bound to happen. Now I only have to listen to another two weeks of her scandals and last moments and how she killed her son....err I mean how that one dude she was supposedly married to or her lawyer or some shit did it and.........man, just let it be done already!

Yup I said the same thing to my husband the minute we heard she had died.If he is the father of that baby then he stands to be a rich man...Although another man has now stepped up and said he could be the daddy..So now that makes three possibilities...Wow I say they need to call Maury

If he's legally her husband, then he gets her $$. Did anyone else read that the x-bf's lawyer had a judge order her preserved so they can get dna from her so they couldnt switch babies or something? WTF?

It's a paternity test so it HAS to be on Maury!!!
