photoshopping

so i was thinking that if morty or one of the admins had time to show how to use the photoshop for tards liek me that dont know..... maybe like morty did for the podcast thing. just a thought im throwing out.....
its a pain in the ass for me to use cause i have no idea how to do anything...

hmmm perhaps I can help with this. Mamma you may not have a bad idea. If morty would like to do it, and set up a section of the site where people can ask for photoshop tips and a few people who volunteer to be "teachers" can post video or graphic walk throughs in response, I'd be in.

and add things like animation like how will makes his own avitars and things... i knwo im not the only one who dont have a clue how to do it.. then we could really have fun with diff things on here...

well we can have a teaching on that too...
morty can make a learning center or something...
then we could all pitch in with ideas and create cool things uniquie to the site.....
if we all knew how....
he can put his thing in there for pod casts, avitars photoshopping, then have like a question forum in there, for other programs.. thats the only way to learn is to teach and read and try it. but its hard to do it if you have no clue what to do

yeah, photoshop doesn't really do animation. Illistrator can, but I never figured out how to do anything but take a movie clip and make it a gif...

With Paint Shop Pro there's an animator Studio called Animation Shop, but for all the ones that I do I use Ulead Gif Animator 5 which is really easy to use, and is a fairly small file whereas to install the Animation Shop I think you gotta put Paint Shop Pro on too.

First off, I do think you have a good idea mamma, however I think the scope of your idea is way to big to be undertaken.

Small tutorials would be fine, but to actually teach someone how to use photoshop, and all the other software that is used on here would take forever.

Whenever I want to do something in photoshop that I don't know how to do I use http://studio.adobe.com/us/search/so...el=all&x=8&y=6 to find the way to do it.

As well most software comes with a tutorial that will show you the basics of how to use it.

As for the questions, feel free to post them in this forum, that's what it is for.

Yeah, I think max kind of sees it a bit more my way. Mamma wants it to be this huge people teaching everyone everything, which is impossible. But if we have people handle it based on questions of what people want to do, I think it's do-able.
