    Thumbs up CDex - Great program for ripping CD tracks to mp3

    This is a great program that I use to rip tracks from Cds to mp3 for my mp3 player. It's free, you can choose what bit rate to rip at and if you use the remote CDDB tool it will automatically name all your tracks for you.

    It can also convert wav files to mp3.
