welcome back window
If the welcome back window on the Front Page is moved back up to the top of the column it would make it easier for the people who use the front page as thier main page. Since you can click on "new posts" and it will take you straight in. It migh make it easier for some of us to navigate around.
What does everyone else think?
So basically all you are asking for is quick access to the NEW POSTS link?

NEW POSTS link is now tucked up with the WELCOME just under the Private Messages notice.

Just FYI the new posts link is missing from the bottom of the page in the Gallery section.
So instead of....
