2. everyone can post a comment to go with the picture.

3. the person posting the pic sets the guidlines (funny, shortest, most descriptive, no vowels ) that they want used.

4. the time frame is one week from the posting of the pic

5. start a new thread with each one

6. The post starter will pick the winner who will then have 48 hours to post a new pic or the the previous poster will post another
