OMG - I'm almost certain that's Paul Bearer, the Undertakers manager in WWE.

I'll have to ask Kelly though, she e-mails him quite a bit, but I'm sure that it's him.

OK - she says no it's not, but it fairly looks like him as he got huge before he had gastric bypass surgery.
