You should be able to play but the arcade has a play per day limit of only 15 plays per day for non-premium members.

If you want full unrestricted access with no limits and to around 3000 games instead of just 500 or so then it's $10 a year...other than that you should be able to play 15 times per day.

OMG...that means the fact that I got "tagged" and inadvertently "tagged" everyone in my address book has paid off with 1 new member..
