patching things up

Just to keep you all updated.... The little girl we thought we were adopting, left today to go live with the people, that some fricking bitch that figures she is doing what is best for a mentally handicapped woman, decided she should go and be adopted by. So we wish her well and the family is nice and all that crap, they have even invited us to drop by when we want, I like to refer to them as the Ghandi family.

On another note, As many of you know since I was laid off from my job I have started consulting, well that is going great and I have also had time to earn extra under the table money by fixing or finishing little home projects for people. Well I went to this one womans house to look at some wall patching that she needed finished. This moron had started patching and had patched some holes with 3/8" drywall right over the top of the holes, he had her convinced this was the only way to patch the holes and that she would have to live with the lumps in her staircase walls.
So 9 am yesterday I started ripping the crap off the walls and luckily I was carefull cause some of the holes were only two inch holes. He made bigger holes putting the patch on than previously existed, by noon I had all the holes patched with tape and filler, By 5 pm when the homeowner got home all the holes were sanded and primed. She was very impressed and gratefull. I went back today to paint the hallway and staircase and when I finished up she gave me a list of her friends to call on, it seems they had all used this guys skills and they were not happy with his work.
He is one of those ass wipes that make contractors look bad. It works out well for me, but by the sounds of it I am going to be busy until next summer.

Well time for me to get back to playing Jewel Quest, all I can say is it is getting almost impossible to play but I am determined to beat the game.

What level are you on?

I stopped playing on 2-3 I think.

I'm on 3-1 excavator level, that's the third time and you have to change all the squares silver first then gold

I collect alot of crap in my email, It just took awhile to go through them all, plus alot of them are just things that I have heard or come up with over the years.

As for the other note, I think this guy that did the patching must be the same guy that is on Mortys jobsite Morty kept telling him it looked fine to him :P
