 | Hell Day I can't believe how quiet it has been around here. Other than confirmation that Iron pup is crazy, there hasn't been alot happening. Man was I pissed this morning, I get a call from a file server at one of my big clients ( the computer is set to call me if there is a problem) at 5:30 am so I decide to hop into the shower to try and wake up, I turn on the water and what should be hot water is freezing frickin cold, so when I get out of the shower, now very awake, I check the hot water tank and it seems that one of the kids must have turned it to the vacation setting so it turned itself off. Let me tell you I was not happy. I hop into the car and I am not even 2 blocks away when I get pulled over by the cops. It seems a car like mine was involved in a hit and run. I showed him the frost still on the windows and that there was no damage and he let me get on my way after running my info through the computer. So I decide to stop and get a coffee at Tim Hortons. 25 friken minutes in the drive thru, cause they were training a new girl and she kept screwing everything up. I knew I should have gone to starbucks, and if thier coffee didn't suck so much I just might have. Anyway I finally get into the office and let myself in, and wouldn't you know it, my alarm code doesn't work. So the alarm gets set off. I call in and the password I have also doesn't work. So they tell me a guy is on his way and so are the cops. I call the CEO of the company and tell him to get his ass down there cause this is gonna need some straightening out. The security guard shows up and guess what, the same cop that stopped me earlier shows up. They start questioning me and finally the CEO shows up. He tells them that I am supposed to be there and that I do have a key and code. It turns out that the guy that was supposed to set up my alarm code forgot about it. Asshole, I forgot to let him know what I reset his network password to. Anyway so finally at 8:30 I get to start looking at the server, which had a self propigating virus that had filled the hard drive, so that took until after supper time tonight to get rid of. Then when I get home I find out that we had an appointment to get our flu shots, So I had to rush off and get a needle stuck in my arm. Finally I get home to find out that most of my work crew for tommorrow is unable to make it. I am the site supervisor of the renovations going on at our church. So now I have to go in and figure out what needs to be done so the contractor can get back to work on monday, and try and find someone that can go in during the week and get the other stuff done while staying out of the way of the main contractor. Anyway I'm off to bed, Have a good one
