MTW & Shareapic - Page 3

OK..well as the shareapic servers seem to take an age to load up and are generally not terribly reliable I'm trying a new way of making cash for MTW by viewing pictures using a much more reliable service that is waaaaaay faster.

I'll still keep the shareapic one goping now and then, but once we hit the $20 mark, (the first time they pay out is when you hit $20), I'll then concentrate on the new service which pays out from $5 upwards each month depending how much you have earned.

The beauty with this new service is that they have your own picture blog that dislays all of your galleries on there, only slight problem being that quite a few are NSFW so be careful if you go to view it.

It works on a unique hit basis so don't hit it again and again, just the once per person will be fine but once we get the MTW link on the page then traffic will start to find it's way back here.

Just bumping this again really for the benefit of lil and anyone else that thinks the celeb pictures are a "lil spammy" as it explains why there are so many pictures of celebrities on MTW lately.

Basically as no-one is buying merchandise from Morty and no-one is buying premium memberships, we gotta raise some extra cash to help him out and at the very least if people look at the pictures it eventually brings $$'s in.

To date we have just gone through the $30 mark, so while not a fortune is being raised it's the equivalent to 3 premium memberships being bought....that and it's bringing a lot of traffic in to the site as well...so spammy it may well look, but it's doing a lot more than most to help keep the site alive and online.

Well u got a click from me anyway. I didnt know you changed from shareapic, as that site did seem quite good.

Haven't changed as such...I'm still using shareapic, just they have a really strict Clean Content Policy, but they pay sooooo much better than all the others so I'm kinda running the two now.

Shareapic pays $1 for every 4500 picture views whereas the other one pays $1 for every 9999 views but you have to build up to that, we're currently earning at 50% with them which means we're making $1 per 20000 views so it takes a while longer to build up money with them, but they allow all kinds of content on there SFW & NSFW so I'm kinda running both.

Adding the two picture hosts together though we're standing at around $32 over about a 4-5 week period so it's not too shabby at all.

M'Kay just a lilttle update on this. It's great that some people are clicking and signing up themselves for accounts as this means every time someone views a pic that is uploaded to their account MTW makes 10% of the value...however, the MTW account has 12 referrals but they aren't uploading any pictures so it makes it all a little pointless.

The only one referral that has actually really made any money for the MTW account is Max...

And that brings me to another little point.

We now have "Bidvertiser" ads on the pictures pages which also make money for the site...again it's just cents per click but it all adds up. So all you need to do is if you click on a pic that is on the shareapic account and you see a couple of ads beneath the picture, give them a lil click...don't do it all the damn time or it looks suspicious and they can withhold payment, but every now and then just click on one of the ads as shown below and you'll be helping out MTW that much more.

As it stands I just got the first payemt of $30 cleared so I'll be getting that to Morty pretty soon and since then we're at about another $11 or so, so it all adds up.

Thats cool Will .. Who woulda thought it would end up makin that much of a difference.. I mean its about what 10.00 a month your earning ??? Thats better than 10.00 a yera !!! Good Job !

Yep...it's a bit of a pain in the arse tracking down pix and uploading them and what not...but hell if it's gonna mean around $120 a year for the site then I don't mind putting the time in to do that.

And remember that the more you go back and view the pix, (obviously not in the same day), keeps making cash for the site as well.

Figured I'd just

this in order to mention the whole referral thing again.

MTW makes 10% of any and all pictures uploaded and posted and then subsequently viewed by others on an account of a referral.

However, if you sign up for an account and then upload nothing at all then MTW makes NOTHING AT ALL!!!

As you can see we now have 18 referrals and yet only 3 of them have actually done anything with the accounts...so whilst it's nice that people are using the MTW shareapic site link to sign up, unless you actually use the account, it's a waste of time.
