You will never guess what I heard on the radio to day, I am only going to repeat this once... Until July 1, 2007 it is legal to dismember and hide the body of a person as long as you do not commit another crime during the dismembering and hiding of the body, the catch is that you can only do this in Iowa if you do commit another crime you will only be charged with that crime not the dismembering or hiding of the body? Iowa is soooo screwed up! Yeah~ Iron come to Iowa by at least a week or two- cuz unless i do it right by the chainsaw- its gonna be a bitch to carry your ass over to it! **Side note a woman here- actually in the country outside of town- in 1993 (i think) killed her husband and then dismembered the body, with the help of her 16 yr old girl. She put the pieces around her farm. She didnt get any jail time, cuz they could prove he was abusive to them both. The girl was a year or two younger than me, and we hung out often but never once did she say anything about that. Also~ the woman is still living here, remarried- i bet her husband thinks twice before pissing her off.

Good I think if a spouse is abusive, you should be able to kill them without consequence. Now I don't mean, oh he made me feel bad when he called me a bad house keeper. No I mean the kind of person who degrades you and beats the hell out of you until you feel like you have no options, then I think you should be able to kill them and never look back!

Agreed, it should also stand for men too ... I have seen on TV where alot of times it is the woman who is the abuser physically and mentally !!
