Kids

I have to say that I'm middle aged. My kids are grown but they won't leave the house. Both of my boys are still here going to school which was the deal we made and my duaghter and grandson are close by so I can watch over them. Part of me would love it if I wasn't still responsible but they won't go away. I love them all but how old do they have to be to be on their own? I couldn't wait to move out when I was their age. So I guess my queastion is how old do you have to be tobe on your own?

I have family who have 30 year olds still with them.

I def. say 30 is to old..But I think if my kids are in school then they can stay but if they are not gonna go to school or have graduated college then its time to go...But while in college it would help them stay focused to not have to worry about bills ..

That's exactly how I feel. But I would still like to have the house to myself.

Hell yes my kids are still young enough 13 and 12 to go to grandmas for the summer and I love it !!!!

Always beware what you wish for. Your kids are still at the age to enjoy. Not for babies. Teenagers aren't easy but roll with the punches. It will be worth it...

18 years old..............that's the limit unless they get in trouble with the law.........then 17 years old is the limit.

When I turned 18 my parents had my bags packed for me and I turned out fine............my stepson has just learned that if you get in trouble with the law and cross me then 17 will be old enough.

and where the hell is the icon for this thread?????????????????? Maxi is gonna be pissed!!

I know I meant the ramble Icon. But they are staying out of trouble and going to school.
