I know I couldn't wait till I was done high school and gone! get to actually experience life without parents breathing over your shoulder! But at the same time, I still miss the bickering once in a while...definitely much more fun on my own, that's for sure!

My parents have always said if we needed to move back we could, I moved out when I was able to afford a place of my own- 20 yrs old, because I was saving money up to be able to do it. But I was paying "rent" because I wasnt going to school- maybe you should try that.

I decided to move out when I was 16 but I didnt move into my 1st place till a week or 2 after I was 17, been on my own sence. on the other hand My brother is 27 years old and STILL lives at home with my mom, and STILL does not work.. And yet he thinks heis God for some reason. And he was the reason why I moved out so early. Cause he has anger problams, and sence he did not work and my mom needed help so sence I did work he got her to make me pay rent at 16 and the reason was "cause I had a kid at 14 and I have to pay.." so I said See you don't want to be ya! ANd every time i have moved sence I move ferther and ferther away from them.. Not so much my mom bothers me , i love her it's just my lazy ass brother and how he pretty much controlls her is what I do not aprove of..it's like you might as well dig up my dad from his grave cause he was the one who taught my brother how to be a moocher, drunk, asshole, abuser, and all around plain ol' stupid dumb pice of shit low life fucker

if they are in school they can live at home, in the summers they can get a job and pay rent. Once they are done school, they pay rent or move somewhere else and pay rent.

That being said, part of the rent they pay will be put away as a one lump payment to help them out when they do move out
