Ok, first things first I got to come home!! ( yay~) any how.. everything went great!! first i get there filled out papaer work and then an hour later they take me back to get me in the gown and start my IV and then they let my husband in with me till i had to go . They gave me sme verset and some other meds to prevent post-op nausa. and wow i saw 2 of evrything!!  ..and when i was in the Operateing room they put a gas mask over my nose & mouth and started my Anasteisiea ( sp?) ya i cant spell..uhg...anyways it didnt even seem like i was out for 45 minuts when i woke up in recovery room i was trying to take my mask off ( breathing mask or what ever) and i started talking, witch made the nurse nearly piss her self couse of the surgery i had and i was talking clear enough to make sence to others ...so anyhow thats the main reason i got to go home!! and then when i got ot go home i got Hubby to take me to golden coral for some soupe n bread i was so stoned off the meds they gave me i didnt care how much like shit i looked ...so then we got home i did some laundry and hubby was trying to get me to go to bed so i finnally did when he went to the store for me, and then when he got home i put everything away and then he left agian so i did some more cleaning ...he got onto me for that  well anyhow,...im doin allright i wish i could eat somehting that isnt ice cream n such i want REAL FOOD!! i even made my bomb ass Egg Omlets this morning too, and i couldnt eat that either !! gggrrr .. my pain pills suck ass im hopeing to get somehting stronger couse "Loracet" is just not cutting it for me!! anyway im just rambleing on im still stoned from yesterday and such ... TY for reading my Novel hehe Love ya everyone.. SSgtMILF

Loracet, Lorcet, Lortab, Norco, Vicodin http://www.medicinenet.com/hydrocodo...al/article.htm Nothing more than a fancy Tylenol 3...acetaminophen/Tylenol with codeine Take too many and you'll be constipated like someone poured concrete in your colon... You're on a pretty common drug for pain after surgery... I've taken that stuff so many times it barely has any affect on me...I was given the same medication in liquid form (bananna flavour) after an adenoidectomy when I was 10 or 11 years old...

i know that MD ... i was given Loratab 10s after my knee surgerys last year and now with the meds i was given was a mix up come to find out..i know they are "all the same" but there are slight diffrence on how they are made on how fast they work and how long they last...the loracet onley makes me feel stoned stupid out of my mind,..i still felt the pain..damnit!! and then My husband called the doc today and asked if anything els stronger tahn loracet, and they said wait a minut..we never prescribed that..we wrote for loratabs 7.5 ,..soo then finnally they called it into the pharmacy here and i go them...and agian.. i was gievn Pills ..it was supose to be liquid form...anyways..i will survive..but it hurts damnit!! im on day 3 post op and it sux last night i had to stay up till 5 am with my daughter couse she didnt feel good and hubbs didnt wake up to helo at all...ggrr..men.... but i asked my mom if she would take her tongiht so i can get decent sleep..and she even offered to take my son too!! yay...anyways...thanx every one

I am so glad u are feeling better Amy!!! I am Glad surgery went good also. When i had my nose sugery, they gave me a gas mask and injected me with stuff and all i remeber is teh nurses laughing. Then wheni woke up i started flipping out cause my nose was stuffed  Wasnt a good waking experiance along with the nurse that i told was horrible more than 5 times. He was mean and nasty and was chewing gum like a damn camel! Oh well I AM happy yours went great!!!!!!!!TAKE IT EASY TIL U GET MUCH BETTER!!!
