|  My Grandmother
I was thinking about Cooking. And how much I enjoy preparing food. I was talking to my Grandmother earlier and realized I got my love of Cooking from her. I still use recipes that she taught me. Some of my best memories are of she and I cleaning the fish from my Grandfather and I going fishing. We would scale them and clean them. Then fry them up fresh. Fresh fish is the best fish to eat. Bread them with some White Cornmeal wiith a little Salt and Pepper mixed in. Drop them in some hot grease. That's all it takes to make some awesome fried fish. My Gradmother is 86 years old now. And the wisest old women I have met in my life. She taught me Cooking, Morals and Love of Family . I owe her so very much. She is the person who taught me my most important lessons.

It's always the grandmother that inspires someone to cook. Was the same with me as well. My grandmother is Ukrainian so that says a lot as well. If you want something to dip the fried fish in, try a mild salsa. That's what I always use.
