Rules of the Game

Absolutely NO CHATTING.
There is to be no commentary going on by itself.
Only allowing commentary in the post you use to ASSOCIATE a new image with the previous. If someone posts something you want to reply about, you better Associate an image in your post or your post will be deleted.

Absolutely NO KIDDY PORN

DO NOT HOT LINK images from other sites. I would prefer you eat my space up and upload an image or link to an image in the Member's Image Storage, but do not Hot Link unless you personally own the site you are hot linking. Hot linking is a fucked thing to do to a website owner.

IMAGE SIZES - Please try and keep them smaller than 450x450 pixels. . Nobody feels like scrolling horizontally to the right just to look at your image. Take a minute and shrink it down if you can please. Smaller the better. Helps with my bandwidth costs too.

SFW Safe For Work -- No nakid pictures of people or their sexually related body parts. I know you might see a few in the first set of games, but rules are being created as they are thought of.

Idea of the Game

I discovered this game over on Fatwillie's site and enjoyed it so much I figured everyone here would have fun with it too. But instead of having just one thread, I figured I'd make a whole damn section out of this game. Hopefully everyone enjoys it as much as I do.

Simple concept. Thread starts off with an image. You must find another image that "Associates" with the image. And its a continous process. Keep finding an image that associates with the previous image and post it. But only associate with the latest image, don't go back to or 3 images. only the latest. People not following along will have their posts deleted.

Now this can be tons of fun if you are creative. For example if there is an image of a girl feeding a monkey a banana on a park bench, you could come back with one of several images.

Image of any of these would associate:
a female (the girl)
a monkey, gorilla, ape, hairy armenian (monkey)
an orange, apple, strawberry (fruit)
kids on a jungle gym (park)
trees (park)
bus stop (bench)
Michael Jackson (monkey cuz he had a chimp)

Get it? Now I'm not going to restrict the content as of yet. Just no kiddy porn is pretty much the rule.

And the most important rule I feel is YOU HAVE TO USE IMAGES. I don't want some dumbass to reply back with a WORD. You must use pictures.

How Do I Do it?

Okay, might be confusing at first but simple once you do it once.

You hit REPLY

In the SUBJECT box you put your association description if its not obvious for everyone when they look at your image. Fun to not describe it if you know they will figure it out once they stare at it for awhile.

In the Message Body area type 2 PERIODS. Any key will work. Just need 2 characters. The "attachment" script requires something in the Message Body box when you click the ADD ATTACHMENT button. Not sure why, but it does. For example, put ..

Down in the Attachment box, click the BROWSE button and go find your image on your PC. Leave the FILE COMMENT box empty.

Then click SUBMIT and the image will automatically be attached and your post will go live.

Simple enough?
