 |  Cell phones Ok, I want to change my cell phone company but I run into which works best and for my area- so I'm asking which of you have which cell phones companies and if you're happy with the service you get? Also~ I went into chat to see if my webcam works, and it looked dark and had a red tint to it- why is that and how can i fix it? Thanks.

| Re: Cell phones I started with alltel last month,,,I'm very pleased, got a data card for lisa's computer (unlimited internet for $50 a month),,, and my smartphone (lots smarter than me), which has unlimited internet too, and I hookup to my desktop too, for $100=(50 for internet+50 for phone plan) What I liked more than anything about it all,,, was I got to try the data card for 15 days,,,and the phone for 30. Before being totally commited. That got me to try it out. Oh yeah !! if ya decide to go to alltel,,,,use me for a reference,,,,they'll knock $25 off my bill !!! Tell em a qwazywabbet sent ya.  |

 | Re: Cell phones We use Verizon, and have never had a problem with service. I've even travelled around a bit and never lost signal. We have 2 phones on the plan and it's about 80 a month. Also, every two years we get a new phone for free.

| Re: Cell phones I cannt help much we only get T-mobile and At&t/cingular up here I believe.. Everybody uses T-mobile so the bills are almost nothing as they have free cellular to cellular calls and 19.99 for unlimited texting.. And thats what saves our ass..My daughter sends out about 2500 texts a month...So if you plan on texting alot or getting a phone for a child look into that cause that is all they do now..

After that, I guess I'd go with Sprint, because as soon as they sort out their software issues with Nextel, they will most likely have one of the most solid networks here in the states. I personally dislike AT&T. #2 The webcam probably has a setting in its software to "restore to default" my guess its color/contrast/brightness/focus are all out of wack.
