Bot flies will do something similar..one of the profs at WSU had a Bot fly larvae live in his arm until he could excise it himself...Usually the larvae grow in rotting flesh, but a live carrier will do.

If you ask me it's a photoshop cross between a boob and... I don't know what they're called... we have them around here, but they're kind of like pinecones in every way but shape. The "worms" look like the nuts/seeds... next time I'm in the park I'll pick one up
