Well there isn't a real boobie out there like that, just some sick fuck that likes to photoshop stuff like that, and you could probably find his email fairly easy.

--btw, nipples don't just disappear, if it were real it would be swollen, tilted, or there would be some sign of it being eaten or w/e

I think its a clever photoshop creation. The edges are too smooth and round to be real... It still makes me feel creepy, though and I'm not sure I would want to go to South America.

I showed my dad whose been over that way alot in the army, he said he has seen SIMILAR stuff with all the flies..... GROSS!!!!!!!
