Let's say you've got a "block" on the right column and you want it on the center column. Very simple! When in EDITOR mode, which is when you see those annoying dotted lines around your page, you literally just DRAG and DROP the blocks where you want them. When you place your cursor over the block, your curso will change to a 4 pointed (directioned) arrow. Once your cursor does that change, LEFT click and HOLD. While HOLDING, drag your cursor/block to the location you desire and then RELEASE. SIMPLE ISN'T IT!
