If its over, people have the tendancy to hold on to the roll with one hand, and tear with the other. This means the piece left for the next person has been touched by the first person's filthy hands. When its under, there is no need to hold the roll whatsoever - just pull and tear with one hand. Okay agreed that touching the paper is nasty.... However as I dont do that and neither does my daughter the problem we run into is if it is under when we do yank it it just keeps going and going and going.. And that is a waste as you never ever under any circumstance use unrolled TP.... So now I will have to run a test to see for real what works better in a controled enviroment.. You all also know not to use colored or printed paper right ??? The dyes very bad for you.. Woman exspecially..

I could'nt try it under it would drive me mad,and i would still hold the roll if it was under as mommy said it just keeps going ....
