I finally got around to making a video PodCast. And I got it all fucked up.

There are audio spikes in it, but the comedic glitch that occurs towards the end of the podcast I think will make it all worth while for all of you.

I tried converting it to a SWF file to help its size. And it did help, but its still fucking huge.

Sorry, I suck and am short on time today to improve it.

By the way - there is no audio lag when I watch it. Perhaps its just the flash playback on your PC causing the problem? Are you running the latest version of flash? (a new one came out about a week ago).

Yeah I upgraded my flash a couple of days ago and to be honest I didn't notice any real lag in the audio synch up...I mean it was no worse than any other webcam/video that's for sure.
