Using Audacity for PodCasts

Export PodCast as MP3

But basically if you have a mic and know how to record...that's all that you really need to do.

Record what you wanna say...save it, e-mail it to either Morty, Me or Max, we'll add the beginning and end music for you, we'll upload it to the MTW server and even post it for you if you require.

It really is that simple, not a complicated thing to do at all.
