So Saturday we were getting a decent rain and it stopped for about an hour and my fiance and I were standing outside as we heard a large cracking sound. Looked over and a huge branch had broken partially from the tree. Still hanging on a little bit. ![]() Rain started back up and then on Sunday I went to the hardware store, bought some loppers, a pole saw, and a Gator Chainsaw (which kicks royal ass). Cut it all up and went back to the million other things I'm trying to get done in the house before Chump and Cablemonkey are in town next week for my wedding.

This thing kicks but. Its basically a chainsaw for people that are most likely to cut their own leg off. Alligator Lopper: Electric Lopper from Black and Decker Holds the wood and cuts it so easily. Very difficult to hurt yourself. Also doesn't bounce around or when it binds up, it won't come back and get you. Plus it requires you to always have both hands on it, so you'll never cut a finger or hand either with it. I hate yard work, but this went so flippin quick and easy it was awesome and fun actually. I felt like I needed to be wearing a buttoned up plad shirt or something.
