Wrong way

A little boy was riding down the street on his brand new bicycle when a police man riding a horse stopped him. "Did Santa get you that bike for Christmas?" the cop asked the little boy as he started writting out a ticket for the broken reflector on the back. The little boy beamed and said "Yes he did." "Well give this to your daddy and have him tell Santa next year to make sure the reflector isn't broken if you get another bike next year." The little boy looked at the piece of paper and then back up at the cop before asking "Did Santa give you that horse for Christmas?" "Why, yes he did." the cop replied, humoring the child. The little boy smiled at him, "Well next year if Santa brings you another horse, you might want to tell him that the dick goes on the bottom, not the top."
