Ok, today is Jan. 19th and got on the scales. I am now at 147.

WOW I lost a whole fricken pound! I guess I'll have to start doing something different! Well at least I didn't gain any! I'll keep at it!

I just read the "get Naked" part of that and automatically assumed Max made the post....

But a pound is a pound...and like Chump, (not Max), said get nekkid...you'll lose an extra 5-6 pound straight away.

Okay off topic but what does the "hnt" in your name mean ?? I have been trying to figure it out for a few days now and cant so I hve to ask...
