2 small boneless skinless breast 1/8 tsp. salt 2 cups torn mixed salad greens 1 can (284 mL) mandarin orange segments, drained (or to your preference!) 1/2 cup diagonally cut snow peas 1 Tbsp. of almonds, toasted 1 small carrot, cut into match-like sticks 2 Tbsp. KRAFT SIGNATURE Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing or Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing EXTRAS: Use the drained juice from oranges, add a pinch of flour or corn starch, roughly 2 Tbsp. of sugar or till sweetened to your preference! Add a pinch of parsley & a pinch of chili flakes to this mixture HEAT Orange mixture in sm. pot on medium heat until a nice glaze! Pour into nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, season with salt. Add to skillet; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until is cooked through (170ºF). Slice .ARRANGE greens on two serving plates; top with , oranges, snow peas, almonds and carrots.DRIZZLE with glazed orange mixture & dressing just before serving.
