Toscana Soup like from the olive garden

1 - 2 32oz. cans of

broth
1lb Kale
1lb spicy sausage
5 - 6 red skinned potatoes
2 half pints of heavy cream
1 medium onion
mushrooms(optional)

Ok now you brown and cook the sausage completely. You drain the sausage. Next you add the broth heavy cream. Cut the potatoes into 1 inch cubes and the kale into small pieces. Add to broth. Cut onion and mushrooms then add. Simmer about an hour or so and there you have soup.
