Baked Beer Burgers

2lbs ground beef
dash of pepper
1t tabasco sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/3c chili sauce
1/2 pk of dry onion soup mix
1/2c beer

Preheat oven to 400
Combine meat, tabasco, garlic, chili, soup mix and 1/4 c of beer. Form into patties. Makes about 6
Bake at 400 F until brown, about 10 minutes. Baste with remaining beer. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, until well done.
