6 Layer dinner
Ingredients:
- 4 medium to large size potatoes
- 1 large onion
- ¾ cup of rice, not minute rice
- 1 pound of hamburger
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 1 large green pepper
- salt and pepper
Erections:
- Peel and slice the potato
- Peel and slice the onion
- coat the bottom of a 8�x 12� cooking pan with cooking spray or whatever you use
- spread the potatoes evenly over the bottom
- Spread the onion evenly over the potatoes
- spread the rice evenly over the onion
- Spread the raw hamburger evenly over the rice, break it into little pieces.
- Pour the whole can of Tomaotes over the whole deal, juice and all
- add about ¼ cup of water
- add the sliced green peppers over the top
- sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Put the pan in the oven and cook at 450 celcius or 230 F for 20 to 30 minutes or until the liquid is mostly gone
- Scoop and serve
You can also substitute items, the second time I made this I replaced the green pepper with canned mushrooms
