Ok .. so 2 days ago I posted my starting weight for this 'weight-loss project'. I was 207 wearing clothes. I haven't done anything out-of-the-ordinary yet (no exercise or dieting or anything). Hopefully - I'll get my act together today and do something. Anyways - I showered this morn - dried off, and cut my hair (yes - I cut my own hair with trimmers - been doing it for 15 years now). Then - I showered again to get all the little hairs off. Then - I weighed myself again (naked this time - and still a little wet.) 199. WTF? I lost 8 pounds? Do clothes and hair add up to 8 pounds? I don't think so. Crazy! I guess I'm almost at my goal suckas! (so strange). I'm sure my scale is fine. I tried it 3 times - 199 each time. Bizarre. I'll do some exercise today - and weigh-in again tomorrow. Lets see what happens I guess.  |

OK - so I just weighed myself again with clothes on (and I've had food and drinks since the last weigh-in) .. and I'm at 205. SO - that made a 6 pound difference. *Something for everyone to think about when posting their weights - made a huge difference. Lets get naked. |

hahaha yeah I love weighin my self naked i like the results much betta! I was 136 naked 139 clothed on today

Now why is it that thinking of Chump nekkid made me feel sick and thinking of Nora nekkis made me feel all.....unnecessary? On a serious note though I was always told to allow 4lbs for clothes when getting weighed, but I think this proves that estimate was on the conservative side and 6lbs is probably nearer the mark...depending on what clothes and footwear you have on I guess.

Yup my Dr sys allow 6 pounds for clothing jelewery or any thing else..We had a big rguement about it as I was trying to get the nurse to give me 20 leway for my clothes !!!  ...Good luck Chump although in pictures I have seen you look sexy just the way you are
